About the Artist
“I rebel against the notion of a signature style and work in a variety of genres like many contemporaries before me. Different materials, perspectives and approaches allow me to continually discover possibilities in my art making. The work reflects things that interest me; materials, scale, color, light, texture, subject, symbol, story. I approach my work as instinctive visual research; an exploration of mind and materials, subject and thought.

The work is a combination of many mediums and techniques, part of an ongoing exploration constructed from a working process which intentionally favors the elusive and random chance occurence. I let the pieces create their own journey on the surface, constrructing and interacting until patterns and relations begin to speak to each other, and to me."
